Coffee Fizz Cocktail and Mince Pies

Coffee and Prosecco, please, just don’t – is what a lot of people would utter, they should be kept as far away from each other as possible, the professional Sparkling Wine sector is adamant about that and I agree, coffee can make it very difficult to discover the magical aromas and flavours hidden within a bottle of Sparkling Wine, but just because everyone says they don’t belong, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still try. Bartender Made Cocktails – Zest For Life

This article is made in collaboration with Filip Putovny, an amazing Mixologist in Dubai.

The Cocktail that you are about to make is one of Filip Putovny’s Signature Fizz Cocktails, which he makes at Five Zürich in Dubai.

Let’s Meet The Bartender!

“My name is Filip (cyppino) and I’m from Slovakia. My hospitality career started in Malta straight after my school which was actually about cars. So I started as a waiter and somehow I ended up behind the bar. Lots of fun, meeting so many different people around the world because I’ve been doing it for over 12 years now. Even tho I like to make my Signature Cocktails, I’m not a very big fan of drinking them. I personally prefer to order Negroni and Espresso martini, while sitting at the bar counter so I can see bartenders’ skills” Filip Putovny
